Here are some of the things that the HR department must do:

- Check the background of the applicants
- Process the exams.
In some instances, HR must forward the applicants to the hiring manager. Most of the time, HR only conducts the preliminary interview, and then once the applicant passes, HR will schedule a final interview with an operations manager.

Performance Appraisal
